All Pipe Diameters Cement Lined

CMS offer a wide range of pipe fabrication and lined finishes to include cement lining, ceramic lining, rubber lining.

Availiable in all pipe diameters and finished with surface treatment for above ground and in ground applications.

All standards required by water authorities are met when using CMS supplied lined pipe and surface coated finishes.

Inhouse Fabrication

Fabrication of lined pipe is carried out in our workshop with remedial work to the cement lining carried out by CMS trades people

All fabrication and machining is done in house to include all flanges spacers reducers and restraining joints.

Pipe coatings are applied in accordance with SA Water codes TS 81.

Specified thickness to AS 3984.3 & AS3894.12 with spark testing to AS3984.1
